Subject: Lifting of the Moratorium on the UTPRAS Registration of Caregiver Training Programs

Please be informed that the moratorium on the registration of caregiver training programs issued on November 25, 2002 is lifted effective 21 April 2003.

All applications from the said date shall now be processed/evaluated by concerned provincial/district offices. Caregiver Training Programs registered under the NTR status must re-apply within six months from the effectivity date of lifting. All caregiver-training programs shall now be evaluated based on the Training Regulations on Caregiver promulgated by the TESDA Board
